Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate our software solutions.
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, including C-level executives, through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate the value of our software solutions.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay informed about the latest market trends.
