We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales and Data Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment and accurate with Data and content.

What will you do?

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with teams, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing sales, working on CRM systems and managing data and content.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with hubspot.com or similar CRM
  • Experience in Data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Sales Activities:
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with outside Sales team to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective demos to prospects
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound d calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Daily update CRM system with feedback from the outside sales team
  • Follow up and coordinate with customers and partners
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  1. Data and Content Management Activities:
  • Update and upload Data and content into the system and backend
  • Monitor content and data status and validity
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure data and content are always available
  1. Reporting and Management
  • Weekly Sales and Data reporting
  • Report to Operations and Sales Director directly
  • Daily follow up meeting with outside sales team to ensure status of each prospect is updated successfully
