• A leading  Tobacco distribution company located in Al-zarqa is looking for sales manager with the following requirements & skills

Responsibilities

• Meeting planned sales goals.
• takes full accountability for completing task as per expectation, delivers on commitments, focuses on task and avoids distractions, measures performance on basis of results not effort, works towards exceeding performance expectations
• generate timely sales reports
• develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• maintain inventory control
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• analyze data to identify sales opportunities and drawing conclusions from it.
• develop promotional ideas and material
• oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
• Recruit, hire, and train sales team
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
• investigate lost sales and customer accounts

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Knowledge in the Jordanian market
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and   verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing  great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sale team
