Leading Engineering & Investment  Co is seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineers in the following positions:

Responsibilities and Duties:     

  • Implements all inquirers received from sales department/customers under the supervision of department manager which include; preparing quotations,conducting visits to clients design system if needed
  • Handles all inquirers received from the sales department, customers and calculates, equipment’s needs, cost, and any other requirements related to the projects under the supervision of the department manager and assistance of Designers.
  • Provides consultations to customers regarding their requirements and problems 
  • Supervises the technician's work during the implementation process.
  • Conducts sales visits for prospects clients and prepare a report with the results of visits’; if needed
  • Handles customer complaints with coordination with other departments if needed
  • Visits customers before submitting the project and signing the release letter to get the feedback of the customers and their comments and /or suggestions.
  • Checks with a warehouse of the equipment’s needs before and during project implementation phase. 
  • Prepare monthly reports of the project's status and customer feedback.
  • Internally contacts with department staff sales staff, prospects, customers, consultants,
  • Pumps , Valves, Systems , measuring instruments, electrical equipment’s, Industrial equipment’s

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in the same field, Fresh graduate are welcome
  • English, Arabic language skills to business level
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Desire to work under pressure and motivated to drive growth
  • Strong relationship builder, presentation skills, consultative selling skills
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization.
  • Makes telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers
  • Establishes develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Good command in computer skills
