Job Description:
Sales Specialist reporting to Chief Business Development Officer
Your role is to gain local vendors as much as you can in professional ways and under our rules and terms.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing client`s acquisition and business development strategies.
- Shaping and communicating the company’s vision, mission and values.
- Increasing client base.
- Writing business proposals.
- Negotiating with stakeholders.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Determining daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and setting up plans to achieve them.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Achieving, measuring and reporting the assigned KPIs.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending training courses and regular practising.
- Solving the vendor's problems while using the platform and providing them with the needed orientation and training.
- Mentoring and coaching sales staff.
- All other duties as reasonably required.
Skills
Must-Have:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related business field.
- Proven experience in working as a Sales Specialist / Manager.
- Proficient in office software especially Excel.
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress.
- Fluent in English (speaking and written).
- Good communications, negotiation skills.
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Willingness to learn new platforms and software.
- Manage and able to work under pressure
- Smart analyst, observant and thinks out of the box.
- Professional conduct, a flexible and good listener to admins and colleagues.
- Physical fitness for duty hours every working day.
- Strong Sales, Presentation, Management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of handling sales requirements.
- Able to work effectively, taking responsibilities with minimal supervision.
