Administrative Coordinator

A regional Research and Consultancy center based in Amman, Jordan is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist the CEO and other staff.

provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.


Key tasks:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes


Skills

The main requirement is professional English language speaking and writing.

Previous experience in administrative position is a plus.
