IT Support Engineer - الأردن - Amman
  • Answer and reply to users' support calls, emails, tickets

  • Procure hardware based on the organization's policy.

  • Prepare Windows, Linux, macOS end-user devices manually and using image solutions.

  • Familiar with Google Workspace and related services and tools.

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day end-user issues in all software stacks, Like MS office 365, Network, and phone systems.

  • Troubleshoot Networks issues and services like DHCP, DNS, Firewalls in general.

  • Keep frequent checks and updates for all organization devices.

  • Assess new software stack and escalate solutions with management.

  • Manage backups and recovery for users.

  • Maintain support for remote users.

  • Maintain and perform audits on hardware/software inventory.

  • Understand windows server 2012 active directory infrastructure.

  • Support and troubleshoot Windows 2012 Server active directory environment and services like DHCP, DNS, Group policies, Replication, providing Level L2/L3 support in Active Directory issues.

  • Understand and manage ISP internet connections.




  • Experience in enhancing and supporting application systems



  • Excellent communication skills - good interpersonal and influencing skills
