JOB SUMMARY:

As the Jr. Talent Specialist within Avertra your job is not just to find and place candidates; but rather it is an exciting venture on building good relationships with candidates and future candidates. This position requires someone with good attention to detail and strong administrative skills who is looking for a position that allows them to utilize their technology skills, negotiation skills, and superior people-person skills. Will be responsible for full-cycle sourcing, recruiting and hiring of technical talent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop numerous relationships with executives and hiring leaders and gain in-depth knowledge of our client base.


JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Handle job advertisement through various channels (developing adv. content and posting it).
  • Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions.
  • Carry out phone screening and initial interviews with the candidates.
  • Arrange all interviews and ensure feedback is documented (using interview evaluation feedback form) 
  • In charge of finding and placing effective job candidates within the organization according to the projects' and teams' requirements.
  • Responsible for matching job requirements with possible personnel, conducting extensive research based on the position needs, and interacting with employers and prospective candidates.
  • Provide overview to prospective employees regarding job responsibilities.
  • Contact prospect employee using a variety of methods such as via telephone, by email, or in person.
  • Follow up with interviews and technical testing, as well as verify references and perform eligibility checks.
  • Keep accurate candidate information in a database.
  • Stay up-to-date with Industry Trends

EDUCATION:

  • BA in Business or any related field


EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ Years in recruitment
  • Experience in Zoho Recruit is a plus

  • Sourcing and networking skills
  • Knowledge in HR & Recruitment best practices
  • Solid knowledge in headhunting
