A regional consulting firm is looking for talent based in Jordan to cater to the Middle Eastern markets.
The firm works with leading multinational consulting companies to transform organizations, with a focus on HR-related practices.
The firm is looking to recruit for multiple positions for its practice in a) organizational consulting (e.g., workforce planning, rewards, cultural transformation), and b) assessment and development (e.g., talent assessment, leadership development).
The ideal candidate has a background in business, HR, and/or business psychology, and has an excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
Experience in consulting is preferred but not required, as we are recruiting for different levels of seniority.
