Job Brief:

Candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery operations team (project coordinators) by ensuring an end-to-end delivery cycle of the contracted Enterprise services/projects while ensuring timely delivery according to the contracted dates. In addition, candidate will be responsible for facilitating the delivery process with all internal and external stakeholders within the organization and maintaining an organized and solid projects documentation and recording. The Candidate will also manage the implementation team for the services related to network security and ICT and manage the support team who is responsible for the implementation and the after sales support.

 *Candidate will be responsible for taking the team to the next level, growing their skills, modernizing, and automating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Delivery and implementation team.
• Ensure that the team complete all projects on time and within budget.
• Solve issues that arise during the projects delivery.
• Evaluate Project Performance.
• Distribute the projects and monitor tasks completion assigned to the team.
• Monitor the end-to-end delivery cycle of the sold services/projects while ensuring timely delivery according to the contracted dates.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and services as per the set KPI.
• Work directly and closely with the technology vendors / suppliers during the projects delivery.
• Monitor the projects deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure all projects/ sold services are closed and ready to be billed.
• Monitor and enhance the internal procedures related to services provisioning cycle.
• Develop and maintain a clear, organized, and solid projects documentation and recording.
• Monitor stock levels that are related to the deliverables of the projects/ sold  services.
• Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers and vendors during and after the project delivery.
• perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
