Key Responsibilities:
Operate, set up, and maintain injection moulding machines.
Manage IML (In-Mold Label) operations with 3-axis robotic systems.
Handle and process a variety of engineering polymers, ensuring consistent product quality.
Perform process optimization, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve performance and efficiency targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations.
Strong technical knowledge of IML systems and robotic automation.
Experience with engineering plastics (PC,SAN, ABS, PP, PA6).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
