We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Foreman to supervise site operations and manage electromechanical teams on major projects in Jordan.
The successful candidate will oversee daily electromechanical works, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with engineers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily electromechanical works including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection installation.
Interpret and implement drawings, specifications, and technical instructions.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity of site electromechanical teams.
Conduct inspections to verify work quality and adherence to safety standards.
Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and PPE compliance.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Maintain site records including attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.
Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to workers as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of proven experience as an Electromechanical Foreman on major projects.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Safety-focused with the ability to manage large site teams effectively.
