Required: Sales Manager
Gas Investment Company, one of the National Energy Group companies with the Go Gas brand, announces its need to hire a Sales Manager to join its team.
Detailed duties and responsibilities
-Â Build, follow up and achieve the annual sales plan and discuss and approve it with the direct manager.
-Â Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Â Prepare all sales reports and the sales team visit schedules.
-Â Previous experience in the industrial sector, heavy machinery and engines, and industrial oils.
Requirements:
-Â Education: Bachelor’s degree or any related field to the job.
-Â Experience: at least 10 years in sales (wholesale and retail).
-Â Skills: Strong negotiation skills
-Â Hold a driving license and preferably own a car

المهام والواجبات التفصيلية
-Â بناء ومتابعة وتحقيق خطة المبيعات السنوية ومناقشتها واعتمادها من المدير المباشر.
-Â إدارة وقيادة فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والربعية والسنوية للمبيعات.
-Â القيام بعمل وتقديم جميع تقارير المبيعات وجداول الزيارات الخاصة بكادر المبيعات.
-Â خبرة سابقة في قطاع الشركات الصناعية والآليات الثقيلة والمحركات والزيوت الصناعية.
المتطلبات:
-Â الشهادة: بكالوريوس أو أي تخصص ذو علاقة بطبيعة الوظيفة.
-Â الخبرات: لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في قطاع المبيعات (الجملة والتجزئة).
-Â المهارات: مهارات تفاوض عالية
-Â لديه رخصة قيادة ويفضل من لديه سيارة خاصة
