Yellow Taxi app announces the need to appoint an Operations Manager – a car taxi app to join the team
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in operations management, preferably with prior experience in smart transportation apps or logistics services.
Ability to manage drivers, monitor daily performance, and ensure service quality.
High skills in planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Ability to prepare operational reports and analyze performance indicators.
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with management and operation systems for smart transportation apps.
Ability to work under pressure and outside of working hours when needed

القدرة على إدارة السائقين ومتابعة الأداء اليومي وضمان جودة الخدمة.
مهارات عالية في التخطيط والتنظيم وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
القدرة على إعداد التقارير التشغيلية وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء.
امتلاك مهارات قيادية ومهارات تواصل ممتازة.
الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة وتشغيل تطبيقات النقل الذكية.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وخارج أوقات الدوام عند الحاجة
