Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, employing tools like surveys and interviews to understand user needs and behaviors.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design software such as Sketch or Figma to visualize design concepts and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring that the final product aligns with the original vision.
4. Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products, enhancing the user experience and streamlining the design process.
5. Analyze user feedback and analytics data to identify areas for improvement in existing products, making data-driven decisions to enhance user satisfaction.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve your skills and bring innovative ideas to the team.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas and solutions, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Skills

• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes.
