In this role, you will support the firm s commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant, and risk-aware engagements. The role partners closely with engagement teams, leadership, and QRM professionals to embed Deloitte s quality standards, risk policies, and professional practice requirements across the business. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of engagement quality activities, including QA reviews, risk assessments, and governance processes aligned to Deloitte s Quality Framework. Identify, assess, and monitor engagement risks and quality issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans with engagement teams. Provide guidance to practitioners on QRM policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. Escalate significant quality or risk matters to QRM leadership and engagement partners with clear, practical recommendations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deloitte s QA and QRM frameworks, including people, process, and technology initiatives. Collaborate with teams across the business and Member Firms to promote a strong quality culture and consistent application of QRM principles. Support reviews of large-scale, complex, and high-risk engagements across public and private sector clients. Assist in monitoring compliance with Deloitte policies, professional standards, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable university in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Typically, 3 – 6 years of experience in professional services, audit, risk, compliance, or quality management.
  • General understanding of engagement risk, professional standards, and quality management principles.
  • Strong data analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, modeling, automation, and high-quality reporting.
  • Strong experience in reporting, dashboard management, and data visualization.
  • Advanced reporting and dashboarding expertise to deliver actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation for high-quality reporting.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology in data and workflow tools, e.g. GenAI, CLM, and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Arabic language is considered an advantage.
