PIPECARE Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee in line inspection projects for our Middle East operations, based in Jordan . Industry / sector: Oil & Gas / In Line Inspection services. Position Summary The Project Manager responsible for managing the PIPECARE operational projects at corporate office and PIPECARE subsidiaries. PIPECARE operational projects involve (but not limited) the mobilization of the resource to the Oil & Gas fields, servicing the Oil & Gas pipelines, arranging field surveys and field verifications, demobilization of equipment upon completion and Reporting. The candidate will lead a project team, producing, executing and controlling the project budget .
Key Responsibilities
- Contract review.
- Planning and coordination of activities.
- Ensuring all project related info is entered in ERP.
- Plan internal and external KOM.
- Place all necessary requests and check with RM on resource.
- Review assigned budget from sales.
- Request site assessment.
- Request TM, Log (supply chain) & DA for their services and agree on dates (Handshake).
- Request Task to TM.
- Request Task to LOG.
- Request Task to DA.
- Create Purchase requisitions when required.
- Job Safety Analysis.
- Have a briefing meeting with relevant parties when required internally.
- Obtain written approvals from customers prior to run & have focal point identified from customer side prior to mobilization.
- PM to get recorded Tool Box Meeting.
- Realization of field activities.
- Demobilization activities.
- Payment milestones /Invoicing.
- Follow up on Invoice approvals.
- Responsible for upselling and cross selling.
- Ensure tool/MP rent is paid on time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant).
- Min 3 years of operation planning experience.
- Experience in Oil and Gas sector or EPC contracting.
- Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook at an intermediate level.
- Fluency in English, the language of the Territory or Main Country is an advantage.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.

- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
