Job description
Scope of Work Review DGE's existing "TranslationHub" inventory (user type, feature, category, description) and the comprehensive Figma user-journey document, and use them as the source material for course scoping.
Break down features and processes into course modules, grouped by workflow ("flow") and by persona, using logical/module-based grouping rather than a strict feature-by-feature structure.
Design and build storyboards for each course (in Figma or PowerPoint, per DGE's internal decision).
Develop each course as an interactive Articulate course, including: An introduction/welcome segment A conversational Q&A segment that sets the baseline objective A guided, step-by-step process simulation A graded assessment Write the two-person conversational scripts used for each course's intro/Q&A segment for AI voiceover generation.
Build guided, click-through process simulations that mimic the live TranslationHub platform screens end to end.
Write MCQ-based question banks for each course's assessment.
Package finished courses as SCORM-compliant files and hand them over to the CDP platform team for upload.
The freelancer/DGE side will not have production upload access.
Coordinate with Hashem Adnan Jadan on Arabic localization, terminology alignment, and course QA sign-off.
Participate in recurring weekly syncs with the CDP platform team, as well as a technical kickoff/recap call early in the engagement.
Required Skills & ToolsMandatory Proven, hands-on experience with Articulate (Storyline or equivalent).
This is the client's licensed, standard authoring tool, so candidates must already have experience using it.
Experience packaging and delivering SCORM-compliant e-learning courses.
Instructional design experience for enterprise, process, or system training, particularly software walkthroughs and role-based workflows rather than general knowledge courses.
Comfortable designing from a Figma or PowerPoint storyboard and building guided platform simulations (click-through, step-by-step process walkthroughs).
Experience designing course assessments, including MCQ question banks, pass thresholds, and section-based question pools.
Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with AI voiceover tools (the client's platform team uses ElevenLabs) and writing conversational, two-presenter scripts for voiceover generation.
Arabic-language e-learning localization experience, particularly Modern Standard/official Arabic rather than colloquial dialects.
Prior experience building courses for a government or public-sector ERP/HR platform, or a similar large-scale enterprise rollout.
