Audit & Assurance | Associate
During your tenure as an Associate in Audit & Assurance, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Demonstrates an appreciation of the importance of addressing specific audit and risk advisory priorities in line with explicit stakeholder requirements.
- Have knowledge of relevant accounting standards applicable to the entity and perform risk assessment procedures to provide a basis for the identification and assessments of the risks of material misstatement.
- Delivery of high-quality audits via a number of enablers like Global Audit Imperatives, methodology, content, guidance, learning and other tools.
- Formulate reasonable judgements and conclusion in order to deliver informative and timely outputs.
- Compliance with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws and regulations (including specific local laws and regulations), ethical standards, independence requirements and the audit firm's quality control procedures.

Qualifications - No experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum GPA of 3.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
- Desire to make a career in professional services (ACCA/CPA)

Audit & Assurance | Associate
خلال فترة عملك كمساعد في قسم التدقيق والضمان، ستظهر وتطور قدراتك في المجالات التالية:
- إظهار تقدير لأهمية معالجة أولويات التدقيق والاستشارات المتعلقة بالمخاطر وفقاً لمتطلبات أصحاب المصلحة المحددة.
- معرفة بالمعايير المحاسبية ذات الصلة بالكيان وأداء إجراءات تقييم المخاطر لتوفير أساس لتحديد وتقييم مخاطر الإخلال المادي.
- تقديم تدقيق عالي الجودة من خلال مجموعة من الممكنات مثل مبادئ التدقيق العالمية، المنهجية، المحتوى، الإرشادات، التعلم وأدوات أخرى.
- صياغة أحكام معقولة واستنتاجات من أجل تسليم مخرجات معلوماتية وفي وقتها المناسب.
- الامتثال لمعايير التدقيق والمحاسبة والقوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة (بما في ذلك القوانين واللوائح المحلية المحددة)، المعايير الأخلاقية، متطلبات الاستقلالية وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة في مكتب التدقيق.

- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التدقيق أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (أو مؤهل مكافئ).
- المعدل التراكمي لا يقل عن 3.
- ذهن تحليلي مع مهارات تواصل قوية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، حديثاً، كتابة). ستُفضل المرشحات ثنائيات اللغة (العربية/الإنجليزية).
- رغبة في بناء مسار مهني في الخدمات المهنية (ACCA/CPA)
