Brief Job Description:
Performing electrical maintenance work for electrical equipment and systems, including motors, operation and control panels, transformers, cables, heaters, industrial elevators, vertical cranes, and working on low and high-voltage power networks and lines.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Executing electrical maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and direct supervisor instructions.
- Conducting maintenance and repairing electrical faults for equipment, including motors, transformers, protection devices, as well as factory power transmission and distribution lines.
- Performing periodic preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, according to approved maintenance plans and programs.
- Diagnosing electrical faults and analyzing their causes by reading and understanding catalogs and engineering diagrams.
- Reading engineering diagrams and catalogs for various equipment, and extracting information related to spare parts and work methods and procedures.
- Working outside official working hours when needed, according to work requirements and emergency circumstances.
- Using hand tools and equipment effectively and safely, and maintaining them in good and clean condition after use.
- Adhering to quality, environment, occupational health and safety standards, company policies, relevant regulations and procedures, and approved ISO standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the work site and ensuring the application of occupational safety requirements, especially after completing maintenance work or at the end of the shift.
- Adhering to safety rules and procedures and the instructions of the company and supervisors, specifically wearing and using personal protective equipment and adhering to safe work instructions.
- Performing any other tasks or duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Working at the company's various sites in the Jordan Valley region.
- Working according to the morning shift system or shift system, depending on work requirements.
