1. Plan, execute, project activities & establish schedules for supply & installation as per project schedule.
2. Plan, organize and manage the site team in order to ensure that the performance of the installation work complies with the required quality, schedule requirements, installation instruction and client specs.
3. Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, project Specifications.
4. Review all contracts for any comments prior to issue the final signed contracts.
5. Ensure timely completion of project within the approved budget, resources and client standards.
6. Ensure execution of the project activities as per defined scope in the contract.
7. Responsible for keeping stock from highly demanded materials and tools.
8. Provide evaluation of the project team to Project Manager.
9. Provide technical support for clients regarding any supply or installation issue .
10. Perform training on installation of MV & HV cable accessories for clients.
11. Following up material submittal approvals and clear any technical clarification regarding technical submittals.
12. Ensure project adherence to quality and safety standards.
13. Maintain quality control in every area (budget, scheduling, planning, performance, team dynamics).
14. Communicate effectively with the site team in order to provide needed assistance and technical support.
15. Monitoring and controlling the actual execution of all activities of the site to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standers.
16. Report weekly on progress of project activities to Project Manager.
17. Identify and prioritize items for action and follow up with corrective actions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical)

Years of Experience: 3-5 years in MV, HV & EHV cable accessories projects.

Language:   Arabic & English.

Computer skills:  MS office, MS Projects, Primavera, AutoCAD.
