• Reporting directly to NY office, the accountant will particularly train in QuickBooks online and business intelligence applications, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Budgeting, Audit and more).

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform key programmatic accounting functions.
• Pull the POS numbers and reports, perpetuating accurate transactions mapping to GL.
• Constantly assessing revenues, cash deposits, commissions, and operating expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately (comprises; a- income audit duties; all cash, credit sales and refunds. b- stock; keeping, purchases, receiving entries and internal transfers RMA).
• Compose daily discrepancy reports to management as needed.
• Prepare periodic reconciliations.
• Review vendor payments including rebates.
• Provide support in the areas of financial reporting, routinely auditing process, grant compliance and financial operations.
• Reconcile and monitor expenses.
• Help in maintaining precise tax databases regarding corporate requirements.
• Assist the financial management in the preparation of consolidated financial statements beside improving their disclosure.

Qualifications and Skills; prioritized as follow

• BS in Accounting, Finance and related fields, with minimum 3.3 GPA, around B or 85%
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Highly understanding of excel sheets, e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and SUMIFS Functions is well preferred.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information.
