Freelance Job Pragram Management Trainer is needed!
About you:
● Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Soft Skills and Job needs training.
● Academic: Minimum bachelor degree in applied topic. Master degree preferred.
● Good organizer, meticulous, and good public speaker at ease moderating large groups.
● Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic required.
● Proficient in MS Office applications.
● Able to train (problem solving, communication skills, CV and interviews skills, critical thinking
..etc).
● PMP/ IB / Business Leadership certification are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of Top Pillars
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on service Analyzing program risks.
Type of contract:
Freelance & Commission based | Minimum commitment: 6 months.
