Arabian Child is looking for a sales bilingual sales representative to help our customers learn about the numerous course offerings we have, and to help them select the best training programs to guide their career advancement and professionalism in education.

Arabian Child is a leading education training and consultancy organization based in Dubai, Boston, and Riyadh. We have over 90 training programs accredited locally and internationally and we deliver training via the best online learning platforms in two languages, English and Arabic.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers and selling training courses and educational products and services.
  • Services existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
  • Follow up on inquiries made to the company website, email, and sign-up forms.
  • Respond to inquiries made through social media accounts.
  • Communicate with leads on a daily basis, via phone, email, whats app, and social media.
  • Meet company monthly targets.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results, reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Working Hours:

5 hours a day for 5 days a week.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Three to five years of industry sales experience
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting software, CRM is preferred
