Sales Manager Required

 

Job Purpose:

 

 

  • Responsible to achieve the revenue targets for a given portfolio of brands across Jordan by ensuring full understanding and execution of Brand, Customer and Account Plans and tactics
  • Lead and motivate the sales team.
  • Help support peers and show high level of teamwork to achieve mutual target which aligned with DKT International strategy

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Business Outcomes
  • Lead and direct dedicated team to achieve/exceed sales objectives for the assigned portfolio of products.
  • Coordinate effective & efficient allocation of resources. Monitor & manage all sales expenditures in line with the approved budget. Take corrective actions where required.
  • Proactively manage opportunities / potential risks in order to minimize downsides and maximize upsides variances from the revenue targets.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly/quarterly unit sales forecast by product and achievement vs YTD target
  • Ensure the best performance and excellency in distributor performance (sales, coverage and lead time)

Field Force Planning:

  • Achieve the optimum size, structure, and geographical deployment of the sales force to accomplish DKT International sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement Business/Customer/Account plans for achieving sales goals in line with Jordan business objectives and in line with regional and global directions set.
  • Set clear call plans and visit objectives for reports, and conduct frequent and regular coaching visits, which will be reviewed for efficacy
