Job Purpose

  • Join our Microsoft Endpoint Team and play a vital role in supporting our diverse customer base across the UK and other regions.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to actively contribute to the successful execution of projects and assist with escalations within Microsoft Endpoint Management.
  • This involves meeting agreed service levels and actively participating in project implementation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting established SLAs, and adhering to ITIL standards, with a specific focus on Enterprise Mobility.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in alignment with SLAs and ITIL principles.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of new solutions and systems.
  • Drive the implementation of IT processes and security policies within Enterprise Mobility.
  • Elevate the Enterprise Mobility team by providing expert guidance on best practices and delivering optimal project solutions.
  • Be willing to travel as needed to support project implementations.

Skills

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of Endpoint Manager (Intune), covering device and application management, policies, and configurations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access policies.
  • Expertise in deploying Windows devices using Autopilot.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management and security technologies.
  • Proficiency with cloud technologies and services, specifically Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft 365.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, for automating and managing Intune and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • In-depth understanding of device management policies and configurations.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification is a plus.
