Roles & Responsibilities

• Working with local and regional clients to understand their business processes & needs
• Utilizing knowledge of Finance/SCM / Project Accounting/ HR processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365
• Participate in end-to-end implementation of D365 solutions and relevant business processes, within assigned capacity.
• Participate in customer discovery by learning the most important customer challenges and needs and uncover those problems that are unspoken, and ultimately establish a proposed solution that will enable them to achieve their goals.
• Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed
• Delivering end user training
• Aid the internal Goto market with Sales activities
• Participate in pre-sales activities
• Participate in developing & preparing the technical part of the proposals in Arabic and English,
• Support Local and Regional customers on all stages of the projects and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills

What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role?

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&O (mandatory)
• Experience of working with AGILE methodology
• Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science Management, Economics, Management, Engineering / Industrial Management, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent
• Project Management certificate like PMP (preferred)
• 1-3 years of proven record implementing Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Module, in the capacity of solution architect or functional consultant.
• Good knowledge in business processes in the financial areas such as: general and analytical accounting, treasury and cash flow, budgeting (preferred), salary processing (preferred), financial and fiscal management (notions of), management control (preferred)

or

• Good knowledge in business processes in the SCM area such as: Supply Chain, Warehouse management System, Retail (Preferred), Manufacturing (Preferred)

and

• Good knowledge in business processes in Human Resources (Preferred) and Project Operations (Preferred)

• Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes in the financial area
• Experience of working within teams that use AGILE methodology (Preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
