Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for factories and projects, to lead our sales team in the building materials and construction tools sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the building materials sector.

2. Build a new team division focused on serving project based clients and factories.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market share.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors.

5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements.

6. Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.

7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.

10. Stay updated on industry developments, competitors’ activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.


Skills

Qualifications:


1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the building materials and hardware industry.

3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Ability to travel as needed.
