Internship Brief:
Umniah is seeking for motivated, handwork, and creative interns to Join our Engineering Team, in order to provide technical support for our functions and employees, to maintain the ongoing atmosphere between foundations and Umniah engaged.
Responsibilities:
- CCNA (routing and switching) certified or full training for CCNA.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and diagnose root causes.
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot services issues.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and third parties for issues handling and solving.
- Good experience with Microsoft office tools
- Basic network Installation, configuration, and troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist with network upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain and update network documentation, including diagrams and configuration files.
- Understand network security concepts.
