Support the implementation of JRF's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure efficient monitoring, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supports in monitoring and implementing the Organizational Performance Management System for JRF to ensure proper implementation of strategic initiatives and the achievement of JRF's strategic goals.
- Conducts regular reporting on the implementation of planned initiatives and the preset quantitative and qualitative indicators of JRF’s annual operational plan, to ensure accountability towards achieving organizational objectives.
- Supports conducting quarterly audits on collected indicators/outcomes to ensure accurate reporting is provided to JRF management.
- Assists in conducting regular risk assessments across all departments/functions to identify potential threats, and develop mitigation actions to address them effectively.
- Supports in developing and reviewing JRF policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of all functions and processes to improve organizational performance.
- Supports in conducting SOPs compliance as per the “SOPs Compliance Annual Plan” to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all written materials maintain high standards in terms of content quality, language proficiency, and tone
policies.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field .
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
