Job Brief:

Responsible for driving organizational growth by developing and implementing learning strategies aligned with company goals. You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, lead induction logistics and evaluations, and evaluate program effectiveness. Additionally, you will coordinate training logistics, serve as a subject matter expert, and lead special projects while maintaining accurate records and reporting training metrics to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and priorities.
  • Create training strategies collaboratively with other departments by meeting with all stakeholders and vendors to ensure the training plans meet the specific needs of each function.
  • Participate in managing the induction activity in terms of logistics, evaluations, and reporting.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, surveys, and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and arranging for trainers and materials.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on learning and development matters, providing advice and guidance to business leaders.
  • Lead special projects related to learning and development initiatives, such as competency frameworks, talent development programs, or culture change initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, including training database, evaluations, and training budget.
  • Report monthly training KPIs and headcount to the management.
