Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Add new hired (staff, consultants, and volunteers) on Cost point and HR system.
  2. Support the recruitment process by conducting phone screening, arranging written test, arranging interviews, background check and references (Due Diligence), preparing and sending job offer, sending new hires IMC documents, policies and procedures.
  3. Following new hires to complete the MAST training and receive their documents before joining and proceed with the full recruitment process as per the policy.
  4. Create Emails for new (staff, consultants, and volunteers) and coordinate for staff badges.
  5. Issue the personnel letters/forms such as employment letters, job offers, any official letters. 
  6. Update resigned staff data on Cost point and HR System.
  7. Deactivate released staff email addresses.
  8. Review and verify new hired staff personal files including all required documents (academic certificates employment letters... Et)
  9. Check monthly attendance for IMC staff. 
  10. Coordinate with IT department for any technical related problems with the attendance system. Email accounts and any other technical issues.
  11. Support with investigation as needed.
  12. Follow the newly hired staff contract and documents signature and follow up.
  13. Keep all personal files up to date.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 0-1 year of experience in HR or HR volunteering
  • NGO experience is preferred.
