Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven E-Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support digital marketing efforts, manage online campaigns, and enhance Noorart’s online presence to drive customer engagement and sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
  • Optimize and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content and responding to customer interactions.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with SEO optimization, keyword research, and content improvements to enhance website visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials (banners, graphics, promotional emails).
  • Assist in managing Noorart’s e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, well-optimized, and appealing to customers.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to suggest innovative ideas.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or ecommerce marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance measurement tools.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for social media and email campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education, Islamic learning, or Arabic language resources is a plus.
