Inspector

Responsibilities and duties:

• Note faults existing in the center building.
• Log maintenance-related requests into the maintenance system.
• Prepare reports on maintenance work due to vandalism or misuse by the direct supervisor.
• Prepare periodic reports on fault status and its maintenance.
• Monitor and inspect the implementation of maintenance tasks observed.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and technicians’ reports on different maintenance programs.
• Conduct periodic updates on the status of maintenance requests and procedures followed.
• Keep a private record of related works.
• Prepare drawings or diagrams assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Regular reviews to ensure updates to drawings and take measurements when requested.
• Prepare reports related to preventive and corrective maintenance and follow up.
• Prepare project-specific reports as requested and provide periodic updates.
• Perform any task assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of specialization.
• Working in the role may require variable working hours according to the department’s needs.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care in line with the nature of tasks and job responsibilities, including delivering a positive experience for all patients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. Three years of experience in the same field.
3. Adherence to general safety rules and infection control procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. English language at a very good level.
