Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a resourceful, adaptable, and proactive SDR who thrives in a dynamic, multi-country environment. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities across the MENA region through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and partner-aligned outreach.

You will play a key role in introducing Seesaw to new schools, school groups, and education stakeholders, helping to build awareness, qualify interest, and generate high-quality meetings that support regional growth.

What You ll Do

  • Drive outbound prospecting across MENA through calls, email, and multi-channel outreach
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across private schools, international schools, and school groups
  • Qualify inbound interest and route opportunities appropriately across direct sales and partner channels
  • Research accounts and build targeted outreach strategies across multiple countries and markets
  • Collaborate with RPMs, Marketing, and partners like LTM to align outreach with regional priorities
  • Support partner-led opportunities by helping generate and qualify pipeline in key markets
  • Manage activity and pipeline tracking in tools like Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Share insights on regional trends, messaging, and market feedback to improve go-to-market strategy
  • Meet or exceed goals for meetings booked, pipeline contribution, and market coverage

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales development, lead generation, or business development experience preferred
  • Experience working across international markets or diverse regions is a plus
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and strategic outreach
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build pipeline in less structured or emerging markets
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a global audience in English
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple countries, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using Salesforce and a Sales Engagement Platform like Salesloft
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on learning, adaptability, and ownership
  • Passion for education and improving outcomes for teachers and students
