The Client Service's responsibilities include welcoming customers, preparing drinks, and providing the necessary support and assistance in the process of preparing and packaging the customer's orders assuring quality and safety standards. Greeting and welcoming customers. Preparing drinks according to our recipes and operating procedures. Informing customers about our menu and drink options and answering all customer inquiries. Cross-selling other items on the menu. Adhering to the quality standards specified in our operating procedures. Adhering to our general safety procedures. Complying with food safety instructions (proper storage methods, production date labeling, storage locations, refrigerator temperatures) Monitoring the expiry dates of items stored at the fridge, branch and warehouse. Cleaning the working area, coffee machines, and other tools and equipments used. Contributing to the innovation process and suggesting new recipes. Maintaining inventory and stock counts. Any other related tasks.
