3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, translating complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
4. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure that design specifications are accurately implemented, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the development process.
5. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and sharing knowledge with the team.
7. Participate in design reviews and provide input on the overall user experience strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
8. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products, enhancing brand identity and user experience.

Skills
