Job Details

We envisage success in this role to include;

Management and oversight of all onboarding activities end to end for KSA initially, with the broader GCC thereafter, to ensure a professional candidate experience

Partner with Division Leadership to ensure transparency, efforts and focus on meeting strict project resource deadlines

Work closely with Talent Acquisition to understand and manage upcoming hires, including prioritizing commencements and providing applicable mobilization updates on each candidate

Work closely with Support Division stakeholders to ensure that all new hires have the necessary resources such as IT equipment, systems access, venue access necessary for success

Display strong knowledge and understanding of the local labor market and requirements

Development of support materials such as New Joiner Packs and Standard Operating Procedures

Provide personalized after care to employees to facilitate their relocation such as assisting with opening bank accounts, rental guidance, dependent support etc.

Other responsibilities assigned by HR Leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile


Ideally applicants will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification would be an advantage.

Previous experience in onboarding activities is essential and an understanding of local regulations on mobility is desired.
