Company Description:-Appraid Tech is a hub for technologists & innovators founded in 2019, who provide Embedded Software Solutions to next-gen challenges.-It specializes in system engineering, Embedded software development, powertrain system, autonomous driving technology, SW testing, Model based Development, and electrification.-Located in Smart Village.Role Description:The main job responsibility of a Financial Analyst is to be responsible for account receivables, as well as create, maintain, and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets. This involves analyzing financial data, developing models, and creating reports that help in the decision-making processes. In addition, financial analysts work with different departments to provide financial insights, support financial planning processes, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all revenue and receivables related transactions are recorded.Maintaining accounts receivable files and records and investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries in customer invoicing.Maintaining the customer billing system and generating invoices and account statements.Building a healthy relationship with company clients and ensuring the fluidity of invoicing and collections.Reviewing expenses and accounting records as assigned.Analyzing financial data and providing forecasting support.Analyzing costs, pricing, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to business plans.Identifying financial performance trends, financial risk, and making recommendations.Developing financial models that help with decision-making.Coordinating with management and staff to prepare budgets.Creating and monitoring corporate and divisional budgets for the company, including key metrics and financial results.Monitoring company cash flow and bank balances.Identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.Assisting in quarterly reviews and year-end progress reports.Participating in both internal and external company audits.Preparing financial accounts for monthly review.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (essential).Financial Certificate is a plus (CMA, CFA, FMVA).3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.Good knowledge in MS Office.ODOO knowledge is a plus.Interpersonal Competencies:Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills
