The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Accountabilities:
Financial Reports Analysis
- Conduct variance analysis on P&L (Profit and Loss) statements to identify key drivers and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and financial materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed.
Overheads & Salesforce spend management:
- Month end closing & provide variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly session with stakeholders to ensure spend is in line with budget set.
- Custodian of the PO approval process.
Co-lead on the zone’s monthly reviews:
- Preparation of the monthly business review decks.
- Assist on the preparation of the zone ad hoc analysis requests. (price, volume & mix analysis /budget vs actual reports, sales reports & trend analysis).
Reporting:
- Report full P&L & detailed packages on magnitude.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, Controlling or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
