Position Summary.

 

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and participate in the process.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  2. Employee Records Management:
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  4. Handle documentation related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employment status changes.
  5. Support in administering employee benefits programs.
  6. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes.
  7. Track and manage employee attendance, working hours, and time-off requests.
  8. Assist in the administration of timekeeping systems.
  9. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  10. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
  11. Address routine employee inquiries and concerns.
  12. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
  13. Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
  14. Track and maintain employee training records.
  15. Support the performance appraisal process.
  16. Assist in the documentation of performance improvement plans.
  17. Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics.
  18. Provide data for management reporting and decision-making.
  19. Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
  20. Assist in internal communications related to HR matters.
  21. Organize and coordinate HR-related events, such as workshops, seminars, or employee recognition programs.
  22. Coordinate the exit process for departing employees, conduct exit interviews, and process necessary paperwork.
  23. Support initiatives related to employee recognition and appreciation.
  24. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  25. Manage social media accounts for HR purposes.
  26. Post job openings on relevant job boards.

  1. Focal point for the Social Security Department:
  • Follow up the whole process including in and out participants and the beginning of the year process.
  • Generate reports and do compliance with finance team.
  1.   Payroll and Leaves Management:
    • Creating a payroll system involves several steps to ensure accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and efficiency in managing employee compensation.
    • Follow up for the leaves tracking and provide the balances to the finance team.
  2. Health Insurance :
  • Focal points for HI issues and demonstrate the cost and provide it to finance team.
  • Explain the benefits and exceptions for the whole team and follow up with the Insurance company for any further update.
  1. Full responsibility for WOS,RO and GSO Local team: need to by online and align as the HR Office will be the one for that purpose .

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

 

This position will require a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment.

 

Compulsory:

  • At least three years of HR experience, preferred in INGO/NGO settings.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with fluency in Arabic language.
  • Demonstrated excellent computer literacy (MS-360, Familiar with Mena ITeach system 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • A team builder with excellent people skills; and culturally sensitive.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills be an asset.

 

Desirable:

  • • University degree in Business, social studies or any relevant field.  HR previous training will be an asset.
