  • Analyze project data and documentation to identify potential claims issues.
  • Write detailed chronologies for claim letters, identifying cause and effect relationships.
  • Review construction contracts and specifications to determine contractual entitlements.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss claims strategies and findings.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal writing and client presentations.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project documentation and familiarity with project management processes.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and experience with Primavera software is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
