Purpose:
We are currently seeking the appointment of an experienced and highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer, Delay Analyst, and Forensic Planner to join our team. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing delay analysis, EoT and related claims. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in planning, delay analysis methodologies, and construction claims preparation.
Skills
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Preferably certified PMI-SP or PSP.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience as Senior Planning Engineer; Delay Analyst, Forensic Planner and construction claims.
- Experience ideally from a specialist disputes consultancy.
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise in working on claims.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
