Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Providing leadership to project team as it meets the overall objectives of the HSE program.
• Maintain copies of applicable HSE codes and standards and sitespecific HSE action plans on site.
• Ensuring that a project management system and plans are established and implemented.
• Monitoring the completion of the project activities in accordance with the requirements of the project HSE management plan.
• Ensure adequate resources are made available for the implementation of the HSE plan.
• Participation in HSE audits, inspections, reviews and site walks.
• Ensure processes are actively maintained which proactively identify and eliminate atrisk safety or environmental work practices.
• Maintain a dialogue with the project HSE team to foster continuous HSE improvement.
• To stop/ suspend any activity which is danger to work force/ property and or the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 Years in project management within these manufacturing industries. 
• Obtained Project Management Trainings/Certificates 

Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge in managing projects within industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate and deal with various nationalities and be a team player
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 
• Excellent in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project) 
• Has to demonstrate dependability and leadership 
• Sound business acumen

Working Conditions

• Exposed to heat, contaminants and high humidity 
• Noise levels are distracting or uncomfortable 

Physical Requirements

• Standing for prolonged periods of time.
