This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Manager at SADDA architects. The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for leading design teams, developing project plans, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and managing client relationships. The Senior Design Manager will also be involved in design concept development, and ensuring quality control and design standards.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams- Experience in managing design projects and budgets- Expertise in design concept development and application- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management- Experience in design and engineering software, including Revit, and SketchUp is a must- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana - Ability to work under deadlines and deliver quality results- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture- 10+ years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design, with a proven track record of successful project completionProficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
