Admin Officer

The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the office operations. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


Responsibilities:


1- Manage office supplies and ensure that inventory is well-stocked

2- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging venues, sending out invitations, and preparing necessary materials

3- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls

4- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

5- Maintain office files and records, ensuring they are properly organized and easily accessible

6-Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for staff

7- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks

8-Provide general administrative support to staff, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

9- Ensure the office premises are clean and tidy at all times

10- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management

Preferred Candidate:

Skills

1.Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role

2.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

3.Excellent organizational and time management skills

4.Strong attention to detail and accuracy

5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

6.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

9.Strong problem-solving skills

10.Professional and friendly demeanor

11.Owning a car is a must
