A leading Engineering and Environmental Consulting firm is currently seeking a highly qualified "Architectural Engineer- Revit “

Job Description:

Designing, preparing and following up architectural drawings and applying standard design techniques, procedures, codes and criteria to make design adaptation and modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares design drawings and landscape design.
• Assigned to manage a design project.
• Managerial duties including monitoring project progress, client interviews, reports, official procedures and project documentation.
• Follow up with clients and authorities on work progress and approvals.
• Checking and reviewing the technical specifications for review and approval.
• Preparing and follow up the progress of all activities related to design projects.
• Follow up and coordinate with structural, electrical and mechanical engineers and AutoCAD draftsman.
• Assists in quality assurance and quality control for reviewing and auditing the architectural drawings and designs.
• Assists in determining time schedule and development of design, budget and construction cost estimate.
• Ensuring building plans and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Assists with development of design criteria and design control procedures.
• Coordinate with other disciplines as directed by the Division Manager, Department Manager or head of his/her department.
• Participating in site visits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
• 6-8 years in Architectural Engineering
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Revit Experience
