The Finance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and administering the financial records, systems, and processes of JRD employees.
Core Responsibilities:
Calculates the daily incentives for IKEA project employees.
- Calculates the costs and prices for new products related to corporate projects.
- Calculates the monthly wages for workers in the Jordan River Designs projects.
- Creates financial requests for cash advances for handicraft projects.
- Creates financial requests for advance payments for handicraft projects.
- Monitors the receipt of wages for Jordan Designs project artisans on monthly basis.
- Fills the monthly personnel reports for the production centres.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, or any other related discipline;
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 0-2 years of experience
- Previous experience in retail or FMCG industry
