  • Job Title: operations coordinator
  • Sigma for business planning and execution is currently looking for an operations coordinator who can represent our company to our audiences and promote our image by organizing and overseeing operations activities and ensuring effective communication with Potential Customers and audiences.

Operations coordinator responsibilities and duties:

  • Collaborate and maintain open communication with internal teams (e.g. marketing).

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • writing and producing presentations.

  • May also be required to carry out other, more general, operations/marketing responsibilities.

  • Will be available at the office at the appointed working hours 9:00- 4:00.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.

  • Fluent in the English language.

  • Good Research and Presentation Skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (good speaker)

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Candidates will be evaluated and selected on the basis of job requirements.
