We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in managing projects within the sector of development cooperation funded primarily by international donor agencies, particularly the European Union (EU) and the German Ministry for International Cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the financial management of projects and ensure compliance with the financial regulations of donor agencies

- Coordinate and manage contracts related to the projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions

- Prepare and manage invoices to clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing

- Monitor project budgets and prepare financial reports for donors

- Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures

- Liaise with international donor agencies, particularly the EU and the German Ministry for International Cooperation

- Collaborate with Project Accountants and other team members to ensure seamless project execution

- Deliver financial analysis and forecasts to aid strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree would be an advantage

- Proven experience in managing finances and contracts for development cooperation projects

- Familiarity with the financial regulations of international donor agencies, particularly the EU and the German Ministry for International Cooperation

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in German would be an advantage
